Privacy Policy

Profit Driven ("Profit Driven", "we", "us") is the platform on which Profit Driven Inc. plans, runs and reports marketing sprints for its clients. It captures team conversations from Discord channels that have been explicitly connected, connects each client's Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads accounts for reporting, and holds the client's project data. Access is by invitation.

Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.

Project content. Information entered in the Profit Driven app: project details, client information, intake answers, uploaded documents such as client questionnaires, keywords, competitors, notes, and the sprints, tasks and results recorded against each project.

Discord messages. Profit Driven reads messages only in channels that a workspace administrator has explicitly connected to Profit Driven. For those channels we collect message content, author display names, timestamps, attachments and links, and message identifiers so we can link a summary back to the original conversation. Profit Driven does not read direct messages or channels that have not been connected.

Connected integrations. If you connect services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or Asana, we store the authorization tokens and the data those services return, solely to provide reporting and task features you request.

Technical data. Standard logs and usage data needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

We use the information above to provide the service: planning and tracking sprints, summarizing conversations from connected channels, generating reports from connected analytics and ads accounts, and maintaining your account. We also use it to communicate with you about the service and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content for advertising.

Profit Driven uses large language models to summarize conversations, draft sprint content, and analyse project data. Content from connected channels and projects is sent to third party AI model providers, accessed through OpenRouter, solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train our own models.

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase) and the application is hosted on Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to project content is restricted to the Profit Driven team and to the client contacts invited to that project.

We share data only with the service providers required to run Profit Driven: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), OpenRouter and its underlying AI model providers (AI processing), and Discord (messaging platform). We may also disclose information if required by law.

We retain your data while your account is active. Original messages are retained so that extracted knowledge can always link back to its source. You can disconnect a channel at any time, which stops all further capture from it. To delete a project, contact us and we will remove the associated raw messages, summaries, sprint records, and connected-account data.

Profit Driven only reads channels an administrator has explicitly connected, and the bot is visible as a member wherever it operates. Profit Driven is responsible for informing its team and, where relevant, its clients that connected channels are captured. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time using the contact address above.

Profit Driven is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and be at least 16 years old to use Profit Driven.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email or in the app.
