Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Profit Driven ("the service"), the platform on which Profit Driven Inc. plans, runs and reports marketing sprints for its clients. Access is by invitation. By accepting an invite, creating an account, connecting a Discord workspace, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Profit Driven on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The service holds one project per client engagement. For each project it tracks the sprints Profit Driven runs, the tasks inside them, and the results they produce. To do that it captures team conversations from Discord channels that have been explicitly connected, connects the client's Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads accounts for reporting, and holds the client's project data: intake answers, keywords, competitors, notes, and uploaded documents.

Features may change, be added, or be removed as the service develops.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and be at least 16 years old to use Profit Driven.

You own the content you bring to Profit Driven: your messages, documents, project data, and everything the service derives from them. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to store, process, and display that content to the people working on your project, including processing by the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to connect the channels you connect. Only connect channels whose participants may lawfully be recorded and processed this way, and inform your team and clients as required where you operate.

Do not use Profit Driven to violate any law, to infringe others' rights, to process content you have no right to process, or to attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data. Your use of Discord through Profit Driven must also comply with Discord's own terms and policies.

Profit Driven uses large language models to summarize captured conversations, draft sprint content, and analyse project data. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Summaries link back to the original conversation so you can verify them. Review AI generated content before relying on it for business decisions or client deliverables.

Profit Driven integrates with third party services such as Discord, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Asana. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

Profit Driven is a service delivered by Profit Driven Inc. to its clients under separate agreements. There are no platform fees or subscriptions; access is by invitation.

We aim to keep Profit Driven available and reliable, but the service is provided without uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue the service, or parts of it, with reasonable notice where practical.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid nothing.

You may stop using Profit Driven and request deletion of your project data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or when the client engagement ends. On termination we will delete your project data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
