Fixed-price SEO, ads and web work, done by a date.

One job at a time, for small businesses and the agencies that resell it. We call each job a sprint: fixed scope, fixed price, a board you can open.

A sprint, not a retainer

A sprint is one defined piece of marketing work: what gets done, what it costs, and when it ends, agreed before it starts. It replaces the monthly retainer, where you pay for hours and find out later what they went on.

A retainer

  • Hours each month, spent at the agency's discretion.
  • Scope that grows quietly, or shrinks quietly.
  • A report that explains the month after the fact.
  • Renews until you remember to cancel.

A sprint

  • A result: the pages, the fixes, the campaign, the report.
  • Scope you sign off before work starts. Changes are asked, not assumed.
  • A board you can open any day to see where it stands.
  • Ends on the date agreed. The next one is your call.

Sprints you can order

Each one is a defined piece of work with an end date. Order one, or combine them. Prices are for a site up to 20 pages; larger sites are quoted.

SEO

  • Technical SEO

Everything that stops Google from reading and ranking the site, found and fixed.

Full crawl: indexation, redirects, canonicals, robots, sitemaps, status errors, Core Web Vitals. Fixes shipped when we have access, specified when we do not.

    3 to 4 weeks from $1,200

  • Service pages

Three service pages written to the searches your customers actually type.

Keyword research per service, a brief with the competitors read, 800 to 1,200 words a page, on-page elements, two revision rounds.

    4 to 6 weeks from $1,800

  • Blog pack

Four posts that answer the questions people ask about what you sell.

Topics chosen from your Search Console gaps, a brief each, 600 to 800 words, internal links to your service pages.

    6 weeks from $1,500

  • Local SEO

Your Google Business Profile set up to win the map pack for one location.

Profile completed and optimised, name, address and phone made consistent everywhere, citations built, a reviews routine the team can keep.

    3 weeks from $900

  • Off-page SEO

Four placements on real sites that mention you, with the toxic links cleaned out.

Backlink profile audited for authority, anchors and toxic links. Outreach targets agreed, worked, and recorded with the live URLs.

    6 to 8 weeks from $1,500

Ads

  • Google Ads build

An account built right, with conversion tracking you can trust.

Account structure audited, conversion tracking verified end to end, campaigns built to the agreed structure and handed over. Management after that is 15% of spend, $400 a month minimum.

    3 weeks from $1,200

  • Meta Ads build

Facebook and Instagram campaigns on a pixel that reports the truth.

Pixel and Conversions API installed and verified, events deduplicated, campaigns built and handed over. Same management terms as Google.

    3 weeks from $1,000

Web

  • Web development and migrations

A page, a section, or a whole move to a new platform, built so it does not break your search traffic.

Scoped per project. Redirect map, tracking carried over, speed and indexability checked before and after.

How a sprint runs

  1. Kickoff and research

A kickoff call, access collected, analytics and conversion tracking checked, and the starting numbers recorded. We read your sitemap and 16 months of Search Console and Analytics before we plan anything.

On the board: the sprint card with its scope, end date and the kickoff checklist.

  2. Plan and backlog

The deliverables become tasks with owners and dates. You see the whole list before work starts and sign off on the scope. Nothing is added later without asking.

On the board: every task in the sprint, who has it, and when it is due.

  3. Build and launch

The team works the tasks. Pages go live, fixes ship, campaigns launch. Each task keeps the conversation behind it, so a decision made on a call is attached to the work it concerns.

On the board: tasks moving, outputs recorded with their live URLs, and the odd question for you with a clear ask.

  4. Review and handover

A written update against the baseline, the decisions made along the way, and what we would do next, whether that is with us or not.

On the board: the closing update, every output in one list, and the next sprint if you want one.

A look inside your sprint

We built the tool we run sprints on. You get a login to your own project: the board, the sprint card with its updates, and the content plan with the numbers behind each suggestion.

The Opportunities view in Profit Driven: pages to push onto page one, a weak click rate to fix, and the service pages a site is missing, each with Search Console numbers and an Add to plan button
Our own site's content plan, read from its sitemap and Search Console: the pages it is missing, the searches it almost wins, and what to do about each.
The work, as it happens
Your sprint's tasks, owners and dates, plus a written update when something worth saying happens. No status meeting needed.
Nothing said gets lost
Calls and chat about the work are attached to the task they concern, so a decision made on Tuesday is still there in week six.
Content chosen from your data
Pages and posts are picked from your Search Console and Analytics, with the numbers attached, not from a brainstorm.

For agencies: sprints under your name

You have a client who needs a technical audit or a content push and no spare hands this month. Order the sprint at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off the prices below, and deliver it as yours.

Prices

Fixed per sprint, never hourly. Paid in full at order. The from-price covers a site up to 20 pages or one location; a larger site or more locations is quoted before you commit.

The first 90 days

Technical SEO, three service pages and Local SEO, run back to back. The three things almost every small business site needs first.

$3,500 paid upfront, or three payments of $1,300

Ordered separately the same three sprints are $3,900.

Scope is guaranteed: you get what the sprint card says. Rankings are not, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. Content sprints include two revision rounds.

Questions we get

What is a marketing sprint?

A fixed piece of marketing work with a defined scope, a fixed price and an end date, instead of an open-ended monthly retainer. Ours run three to eight weeks depending on the sprint. The idea comes from software teams working in short cycles; we apply it to SEO, ads and web work.

How long is a typical sprint?

Three to four weeks for technical SEO, local SEO and an ads build; four to six weeks for service pages; six to eight weeks for a blog pack or off-page work. The end date is agreed before we start and is on your sprint card.

How is this different from a retainer?

A retainer buys hours each month and you find out later what they went on. A sprint buys a result: the pages, the fixes, the campaign, and a report. When it ends, you decide whether there is a next one. Nothing renews by default.

Can an agency resell your sprints?

Yes. Agencies order sprints at a partner rate and deliver them under their own name. The board carries your branding for the client, the report goes out as yours, and you keep the relationship.

What is the 3-3-3 rule in marketing?

A planning habit some teams use: three goals, three channels, three months. We do not sell it as a method, but a first 90 days of three sprints (technical SEO, service pages, local SEO) is a sensible version of it for a small business.

What do I need to give you to start?

Access to the site, Search Console and Analytics, and whoever can answer questions about the business. The kickoff checklist on your board lists exactly what, and nothing starts until it is there.
