About Profit Driven

Profit Driven is a marketing agency for small businesses and for the agencies that resell our work. We do profit driven marketing in a literal sense: SEO, paid ads and web development sold as fixed-price sprints, each tied to what brings in customers.

Who we are

We are an SEO, SEM and web development team that does not sell retainers. Every job we take is a sprint: a defined piece of work with a fixed price, a scope you sign off, and an end date. When it ends you get the work and a written update, and the next step is your call, whether that is another sprint with us or none at all.

How we work

We built the tool we run every sprint on, and we run our own site on it too. Each client gets a login to their own project, so the work is visible while it happens, not explained afterwards.

What we write and fix is picked from your Search Console and Analytics data, with the numbers attached, not from a brainstorm. The sprints themselves cover technical SEO, service pages, blog posts, local SEO, link building, Google and Meta Ads builds, and web development. Every price is on the pricing page.

Who we work with

Small businesses

Owners who want one thing fixed without signing up for a year: a site Google cannot read, an ad account spending without tracking sales, a site that needs moving to a new platform, a map listing that never shows. You order the sprint that fits, see the price before you pay, and watch it happen.

Agencies

Agencies with a client who needs an audit or a content push and no spare hands that month. You order at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver it as yours. Your name is on the board and the report, and we never contact your client.

Why the name

Traffic and rankings are easy to report and easy to inflate. We would rather start from the work that brings customers in: the pages that sell each service, the listing people find on the map, the ad account that tracks a sale correctly. Every sprint records a baseline at kickoff, and the closing update measures against it.

It also shapes what we turn down. Scope is guaranteed; rankings are not, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. If we think a sprint will not pay for itself, we say so before you order it.

Questions we get

What is a profit-driven marketing agency?

For us it means choosing work by what it does for the business, not by how busy it keeps us. Each sprint starts from a baseline recorded at kickoff, and the closing update compares against it. Other agencies use the phrase differently; that is what it means here.

How do your fixed-price sprints work?

You pick a sprint, we confirm the scope and the price from your site's size, and you sign off before work starts. The work runs to an agreed end date on a board you can open, and it ends with a written update. Nothing renews by default.

Can other agencies resell your services?

Yes. Agencies order sprints at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver them under their own name. The board their client opens and the report carry the agency's branding, and we never contact the client directly. The rate needs two sprints a quarter.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Small businesses that sell to people searching for them: local services, shops, specialists, and the companies that sell to other companies. If customers do not search for what you sell, we will say so before you spend anything.

How much does a typical sprint cost?

For a site up to 20 pages, most sprints cost $900 to $1,800. Technical SEO is $1,200, three service pages are $1,800, Local SEO for one location is $900, and a Google Ads build is $1,200. Web development is quoted per project. An audit starts at $500, and the first 90 days bundle is $3,500.

Do you offer ongoing management or just one-off projects?

Mostly one-off sprints, run back to back if you want more. The exception is ads: after a Google or Meta Ads build we can keep running the account for 15% of spend, $400 a month minimum.
