Request a sprint

Email us the site and what you want fixed. A person replies within a working day with a scope, a price and an end date.

What to put in the email

Four things let us reply with a real price instead of more questions.

  • Your site address, or your Google Business Profile name for local work.
  • What you want fixed, in a sentence or two. “We do not show up for our main service” is enough.
  • Business or agency, so we know whether to quote list or partner rates.
  • The sprint you have in mind, if you have one. If not, we will suggest one.

What happens next

  1. Write in

Send the site and the problem to the address above. One paragraph is plenty.

  2. Get a scope and a price

A person reads it and replies within a working day with the sprint we would start with, its price for your site's size, and an end date.

  3. Sign off and start

Once you agree the scope and pay, you get a login to your board, and the kickoff checklist on it says exactly what we need from you.

Agency partner enquiries

If you want to resell our sprints under your own name, say so in the subject line and tell us roughly how many sprints a quarter you expect. The partner rate is 25 to 35 percent off list and needs two sprints a quarter.

Questions we get

How quickly can my sprint start after I request it?

Our reply gives you the end date along with the scope and price. Work begins once the scope is signed off, the sprint is paid, and the access on the kickoff checklist is in place.

What if I need more than what is in the fixed scope?

Tell us and we will price it as a change or as the next sprint. Nothing is added without asking, and nothing is quietly dropped to make room.

Do I need an audit before a sprint?

No. If you already know what you want fixed, go straight to the sprint. The audit, from $500, is for when you are not sure, and its price is credited against the Technical SEO sprint if you go on to it.

How does the white-label arrangement work for agencies?

You order at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver the sprint as your own. The board your client opens and the report carry your name, and we never contact your client directly. The rate needs two sprints a quarter.
