SEO packages for small business, priced per sprint
Every sprint has a fixed price, a fixed scope and an end date. Find your site's size below and you know the cost before we talk.

Ads builds hand over a working account. If you want us to keep running it, management is 15% of ad spend, $400 a month minimum.
Two ways to start small
Not sure which sprint you need, or want to try us on something modest first.
The SEO audit
A person reads your crawl, what Google has indexed, and the pages that matter, then gives you a ranked list of what to fix and why. You can hand that list to anyone.
$500 to start, about 1 week
Credited in full against the Technical SEO sprint that follows. What the audit covers
The first 90 days
Technical SEO, three service pages and Local SEO, run back to back. The three things almost every small business site needs first.
$3,500 paid upfront, or three payments of $1,300
Small tier. Ordered separately the same three sprints are $3,900.
A sprint against a retainer
Most small business SEO is sold as a monthly retainer. Here is what changes when you buy a sprint instead.
| Sprint | Retainer | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | A defined result: pages, fixes, a campaign, a report | Hours each month |
| Price | Fixed before work starts | Fixed per month, whatever gets done |
| Scope | Signed off by you; changes are asked | Set by the agency month to month |
| Seeing progress | A board you can open any day | A report after the month ends |
| When it ends | On the agreed date | When you remember to cancel |
What the price covers, and what it does not
- Everything on the sprint card, delivered by the end date on it. Scope is guaranteed.
- Rankings are not. Anyone who guarantees a position on Google is guessing.
- Two revision rounds on content sprints, written into the scope.
- A login to your own board: tasks, owners, dates and every output with its live link.
- Nothing renews. When a sprint ends, the next one is your call.
For agencies
Agencies order any sprint at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver it under their own name: your branding on the board your client opens and on the report. The partner rate needs two sprints a quarter; below that, list price applies. We never contact your client directly.
Questions we get
How much should SEO cost for a small business?
It depends on how big the site is and what is wrong with it, which is why our prices follow the site's size. For a site up to 20 pages a single sprint here costs $900 to $1,800, and the first 90 days (technical SEO, three service pages, local SEO) is $3,500. Be wary of a monthly price with no list of what it buys.
Is SEO worth it for a small business?
When customers search for what you sell, usually yes, because those searches go to someone. When they do not, spend the money elsewhere. Search Console shows which searches you already appear for, and we read it before we quote, so you hear early if we think SEO is the wrong bet.
What is the 80/20 rule in SEO?
The idea that a small share of the work brings most of the result. On a small business site that share is usually the basics: Google can read every page, the pages that sell each service exist, and the business shows up on the map. It is why we start most clients with technical SEO, service pages and local SEO.
Why does the price depend on the number of pages?
A crawl, a redirect map or a content plan takes longer on a bigger site. Tying the tier to the page count, or to the number of locations for local work, keeps the price honest for a five-page site and for a fifty-page one. We confirm the tier from your sitemap before you pay.
Do you charge by the hour or by the month?
Neither. Each sprint has one price, paid in full at order, for the scope on its card. The only monthly charge is ads management after a Google or Meta Ads build: 15% of ad spend, $400 a month minimum, and only if you want us to keep running the account.
Can I pay in instalments?
The first-90-days bundle can be paid in three payments of $1,300. Single sprints are paid at order.
