Technical SEO audit for small business
We find what stops Google from reading and ranking your site, then fix it. One price, three to four weeks, and a board you can open.
Two ways in
Buy the audit if you want to know what is wrong before you commit. Buy the sprint if you already know you want it fixed. Either way, the price is set before we start.
The audit
A person reads your site the way Google does and hands you a ranked list of what to fix. Yours to keep, whoever does the work.
$500 to start, about 1 week
Credited in full against the Technical SEO sprint that follows.
The sprint
Everything that stops Google from reading and ranking the site, found and fixed. It starts with the same crawl and read as the audit, then fixes what they find.
$1,200 for a site up to 20 pages, 3 to 4 weeks
$2,200 up to 50 pages. Larger sites from $4,000.
What the audit covers
Not a tool's score. A tool finds the problems; a person decides which ones are costing you.
A full crawl
Every URL we can reach: status codes, redirect chains, broken links, duplicate titles, pages that tell Google to stay away.
What Google has indexed
Search Console's own record of which pages are in Google and which were left out, with the reason it gives for each.
What Google actually sees
The HTML your server sends, not what a browser shows after scripts run. A page can look finished to you and be nearly empty to a crawler.
Your pages that matter
The pages that sell, and the searches each one shows up for, so the fixes go where the money is first.
A ranked fix list
Every problem we found, ordered by what it costs you and how hard it is to fix, written so a developer can act on it.
An example from our own site
Until October 2026 our home page looked complete in a browser and served nine words to Google. The page was built to render in the browser, so a crawler got an empty shell, and the site ranked for nothing but its own name. Our own audit caught it. The fix was to send the copy in the HTML; the same page now serves over 700 words and its heading to anything that asks. It is the kind of problem that no amount of new content fixes, and it is exactly what this sprint looks for.
What the sprint fixes
If we have a login to your site, we make the fixes. If your developer owns the code, each fix arrives written up so they can ship it.
Crawling and indexing
- robots.txt rules that block pages you want found
- XML sitemaps that list the right pages, and only those
- Canonical tags that point Google at one version of each page
- Stray noindex tags and pages left out of the index
Redirects and errors
- Redirect chains and loops collapsed to one hop
- Broken pages and links, redirected or repaired
- Server errors traced and reported to whoever hosts the site
Speed
- Core Web Vitals measured on real visits where Google has the data
- The slow images, scripts and fonts behind a poor score, fixed or specified
How the sprint runs
Crawl and read
We crawl the site, pull 16 months of Search Console, and read the pages that matter. If you started with the audit, this is already done.
On your board: the sprint card with its scope and end date.
Agree the fix list
The findings become tasks, ranked, each with an owner and a date. You see the list and sign it off before any change goes live.
On your board: every fix as a task.
Fix
With a login to your site we make the changes ourselves. Where your developer owns the code, each fix arrives as a ticket they can ship, with the reason and how to check it.
On your board: tasks moving, each with what changed.
Re-crawl and hand over
We crawl again, compare against the starting numbers, and write up what changed, what is still open, and what we would do next.
On your board: the closing update and every output in one list.
Price
Fixed, paid at order. The tier follows the size of your site, and we confirm it from your sitemap before you pay.

Questions we get
How much does an SEO audit cost?
Ours starts at $500 and takes about a week. If you go on to the Technical SEO sprint, the audit's price comes off the sprint's. Automated audits are often free; the difference is whether a person read the results and ranked them.
Can I do my own SEO audit?
Yes, and on a small site it is worth trying. Open Search Console's Pages report to see what Google left out and why, run a free crawler over the site, and test your main pages with PageSpeed Insights. The hard part is not finding problems but knowing which three matter, and that is most of what you pay us for.
Can ChatGPT do an SEO audit?
It can explain a crawl report or a Search Console screenshot you paste in, and it is good at that. It cannot crawl your site, see your Search Console data or check what Google indexed unless you hand it all of that, so on its own it is guessing from general advice.
What is included in a technical SEO sprint?
Full crawl: indexation, redirects, canonicals, robots, sitemaps, status errors, Core Web Vitals. Fixes shipped when we have access, specified when we do not. The sprint runs 3 to 4 weeks and costs $1,200 for a site up to 20 pages.
Will this improve my rankings?
It removes what stops Google from reading and ranking the site, which is often what holds a small business back. We do not promise positions, because nobody can. We show you the before and after: pages indexed, errors cleared, Core Web Vitals.
Do you offer white-label technical SEO for agencies?
Yes. Agencies order the sprint at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver it under their own name. The board and the report carry your branding, and we never contact your client.
