Local SEO services for small business

Your Google Business Profile, listings and reviews set up to win the map pack for one location. One price, three weeks, and a board you can open.

Why the map pack matters more than your homepage

When someone searches for a plumber, a dentist or a print shop near them, Google shows three businesses on a map before any website. Who gets those three places depends mostly on the business profile: how complete it is, whether the details match everywhere else your business is listed, how close you are, and what your reviews say. A small business with a careful profile can beat a bigger one with a neglected profile. That is the part this sprint fixes, as a fixed piece of work with an end date rather than a monthly retainer.

What the sprint covers

Four pieces of work, for one location at the small tier. Everything is recorded on your board with a link to where it now lives.

What we need from you, and what we do not promise

From you

  • Manager access to your Google Business Profile, or the details to claim it.
  • Your real opening hours, services and service area.
  • A few genuine photos of the place, the team or the work.
  • Someone who will keep asking customers for reviews after we hand over.

Not promised

  • A place in the map pack. Distance from the searcher counts, and nobody can move your address.
  • Reviews. We set up the asking; your customers decide what to write.
  • Anything that breaks Google's rules, such as keywords stuffed into your business name.

How the sprint runs

  1. Read where you stand

We look at your profile, the listings that already exist, and who shows up in the map pack for the searches you want, and from where.

On your board: the sprint card with its scope and end date.

  2. Agree the work

The fixes become tasks with owners and dates. You sign off the list, and the few things only you can give us (photos, a verification code, the real opening hours) are marked as yours.

On your board: every task, and a clear ask for anything we need from you.

  3. Fix and build

The profile is completed, the listings corrected, the citations built and the reviews routine handed to whoever will run it.

On your board: tasks moving, each listing recorded with its live link.

  4. Hand over

A written update: what changed, which listings are now right, what the profile looks like next to the businesses around you, and what we would do next.

On your board: the closing update and every output in one list.

Questions we get

What does local SEO mean for a business?

Showing up when someone nearby searches for what you do: the map pack, Google Maps, and the local results under it. For a business that serves a town or a few zip codes, it is often where most of the calls come from, and it runs on your Google Business Profile more than your website.

How long does a local SEO sprint take?

3 weeks, with the end date on your sprint card before we start. Some changes show quickly and some take longer, because Google has to re-check the listings we corrected.

Is SEO being replaced by AI?

Not for local searches, as far as we can see. AI answers for "near me" questions still lean on the same profiles, listings and reviews the map pack uses, so a complete, consistent profile helps in both places. That is our reading, not a promise about where search goes next.

What is the 80/20 rule in SEO?

The idea that a small part of the work brings most of the result. For local search that part is usually the profile itself: the right primary category, accurate details, real photos and a steady stream of reviews. It is why this sprint starts there.

What if I have more than one location?

The sprint price covers 1 location at $900, or 3 locations at $1,800. More than that is quoted before you commit.

Can agencies resell this sprint?

Yes. Agencies order it at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver it under their own name. The board and the report carry your branding, and we never contact your client.
