Google Ads management for small business
An account built right in three weeks, with conversion tracking you can trust. Then we keep running it, or you do.
A build, then management if you want it
Most small business Google Ads management is sold as a monthly fee from day one. We split it in two, so you pay a fixed price for the part that has a clear end, and decide on the rest once you have seen it.
The build
An account built right, with conversion tracking you can trust. Audited, tracked, built and handed over.
$1,200 fixed, 3 weeks
Paid at order.
Management
After the build, we keep running the campaigns: search terms, bids, budgets and ads, with the work on the same board.
15% of ad spend, $400 a month minimum
Optional. Ad spend is paid to Google directly, not to us.
What the build includes
Four pieces of work, in this order, because each one depends on the one before it.
The account, audited
If you already run ads, we read the account first: how campaigns are split, what each one targets, which searches the money actually went on.
Conversion tracking, verified
Every call, form and purchase you count as a lead is tracked, and we test each one end to end. If Google cannot see a sale, it cannot find you more of them.
A structure you agree to
Campaigns, ad groups and keywords laid out against what you sell and where you sell it. You sign off the structure before anything is built.
Campaigns built and handed over
The campaigns go live to that structure, with the ads written and the settings checked.
Why tracking comes first
Google decides who sees your ads and what you pay partly from the conversions you report. If the tracking counts page views as leads, or misses phone calls, the system learns from the wrong signal and spends your budget finding more of it. A new campaign on broken tracking only loses money faster. So nothing gets built until every conversion you care about has been tested and shows up in the account.
How the sprint runs
Read the account and the business
Access collected, the existing account read if there is one, and the starting numbers recorded: spend, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion.
On your board: the sprint card with its scope and end date.
Fix the tracking
Conversions set up or repaired and tested before a cent more is spent, because every later decision rests on them.
On your board: each conversion action as a task, ticked off when tested.
Agree the structure
We propose the campaigns, budgets and targeting. You approve them, or change them, before the build starts.
On your board: the proposed structure, waiting on your sign-off.
Build, launch, hand over
Campaigns built and launched, then a written handover: what is running, why it is set up that way, and what to watch in the first month.
On your board: the closing update and every output in one list.
Price
The build is fixed and paid at order. Management is a share of spend, and only if you want it.
| Service | Scope | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads build | Larger accounts priced before you commit | 3 weeks | from $1,200 |
| Management | After the build, if you want it | Monthly | 15% of spend, $400 min |

For agencies
Agencies order the build at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver it under their own name. Your branding is on the board your client opens and on the handover. The partner rate needs two sprints a quarter, and we never contact your client directly.
Questions we get
How much does Google Ads management cost for a small business?
With us, the build is $1,200 as a fixed price. Management after it is 15% of your ad spend, with a $400 a month minimum, and only if you want us to keep running the account. The ad spend itself goes to Google, not to us.
How much do Google Ads cost for a small business?
There is no set price. You pay Google for clicks, and what a click costs depends on how many businesses bid on the same searches in your area. You set the daily budget, so you decide the most you spend. We would rather start smaller with tracking that works than spend more on guesses.
Is Google Ads worth it for a small business?
When people search for what you sell and you can tell which clicks turn into customers, it often is. When the tracking is broken, it is hard to know either way, and that is the most common problem we find in a small business account. That is why the build starts with tracking.
How much should I pay someone to manage my Google Ads?
Our view: pay for clear work you can see, not hours you cannot. Ask any manager what they will change each month and how you will know it worked. Our management fee is 15% of spend with a $400 minimum, and the work is on the same board as the build.
Do I need a contract for Google Ads management?
Not with us. The build is one sprint with an end date. Management after it is your choice, and nothing renews by default.
Can an agency resell your Google Ads build?
Yes. Agencies order it at the partner rate, 25 to 35 percent off list, and deliver it under their own name. The board and the handover carry your branding, and we never contact your client.
